dc.description.abstractThe article adresses the issues of legal capacity of minors, the grounds and conditions of reducing the age for acquisition of full legal capacity; characteristic features of the acquisition of full civil capacity of minors are analyzed based on the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. The research and legislation analysis resulted in certain author’s conclusions; some loopholes in the legislation of the Republic of Belarus are revealed; recommendations for its improvement are developed.-
