Деиндустриализация в Украине: мировой контекст и национальные особенности

Abstract

Предложен институционально-структурный подход, согласно которому выделены институционально-политические, организационно-управленческие, внешнеэкономические, структурно-производственные, финансово-инвестиционные, инновационно-технологические и социальные детерминанты. Их возникновение, содержание и взаимообусловленность представлены в институциональном разрезе.Даны рекомендации по учету выявленных детерминант в определении направлений развития отечественной экономики и производства.

The paper is focused on disclosing the determinants of deindustrialization in Ukraine in the context of global trends and national peculiarities of industrial development. Shown are the restrictions of the traditional resource approach to identifying these determinants for the inversion type of the Ukrainian economy, and suggested is an institutional-structural approach, according to which institutional and political, organizational and managerial, foreign economic, structural-production, financial and investment, innovation technological, and social determinants are identified. Their origin, content and interdependence are presented in the institutional context. Recommendations are given to take into account the identified determinants in choosing the direction of development of the domestic economy and production.
