Урегулирование инвестиционных споров

Abstract

Московская Конвенция о защите прав инвестора является многосторонним международным договором, заключенным в рамках Содружества Независимых Государств, который определяет правовые основы осуществления различных видов инвестиций, а также гарантии прав инвесторов на осуществление инвестиций и получение от них доходов. В статье приведены некоторые особенности рассмотрения таких споров в рамках Конвенции о защите прав инвестора.

The Moscow Convention for the protection of investors’ rights is the multilateral international treaty signed within the Commonwealth of Independent States which defines legal basis for implementation of different types of investments, and also guarantees the rights of investors for implementation of investments and income gained from them. The author gives some peculiarities of considering such disputes in terms of the Convention for the protection of investors’ rights.
