Изучена система существующих взаимоотношений государства и некоммерческих организаций. Предложена классификация уровней государственного регулирования с определением их функций. Приведены результаты анализа существующих взаимоотношений государства и некоммерческого сектора. Обоснованы направления, способствующие дальнейшему развитию государственного регулирования деятельностью некоммерческих организаций.ru_RU
dc.description.abstractThe authors reveal peculiarities of state regulation of the nonprofit sector in Russia. The system of existing relationships between the state and NGOs is studied. The classification of management levels is suggested alongside with their functions. Results of the analysis of the existing relationships between the state and nonprofit sector are given. The directions for further development of state regulation of nonprofit organizations' activities are substantiated.ru_RU
