dc.description.abstractBased on the comparative analysis of the ethnic composition of international migrants in Belarus and Ukraine, on the study of the Russian language dissemination, the features of the Belarusian and Ukrainian model of the ethno-political transformation are highlighted: the civil-political form of the nation-state is characteristic of Belarus, while the ethno-cultural one is typical of the Ukraine.-
