dc.description.abstractАнализируются организационные и правовые основы создания и деятельности органов внутренних дел в Западной Беларуси в конце 30-хгг. XX в. Особое внимание обращается на установление в СССР тоталитарного политико-правового режима. Автор приходит к выводу, что в указанный период была создана правовая база, на основе которой осуществлялась организация и деятельность органов внутренних дел, что переопределило их место в укреплении политико-правового режима СССР.ru_RU
dc.description.abstractThe institutional and legal framework for the establishment and operation of the bodies of internal affairs in Western Belarus in the late 30s of the 20th century is analyzed. Particular attention is drawn to the establishment of totalitarian political and legal regime in the USSR. The author comes to the conclusion that in the period concerned a legal framework was created for organization and activities of the internal affairs bodies which predetermined their place in strengthening the political and legal regime of the USSR.ru_RU
