Методическое обеспечение оценки развития циркулярной экономики на уровне субъекта хозяйствования

Abstract

Обоснована актуальность перехода к экономике замкнутого цикла (циркулярной) в условиях нарастающих экологических вызовов и угроз устойчивому развитию. Разработан методический инструментарий оценки развития циркулярной экономики на микроуровне, включающий методики определения индекса готовности организации (предприятия) к циркулярной трансформации и интегрального индекса уровня ее развития. Приведена апробация авторских разработок по оценке циркулярной экономики в ряде организаций машиностроения, предложены направления совершенствования ее развития.

The relevance of the transition to a closed-loop (circular) economy in the context of increasing environmental challenges and threats to sustainable development is substantiated. A methodological toolkit for assessing the development of a circular economy at the micro level has been developed, including methods for determining the index of an organization’s (enterprise’s) readiness for circular transformation and the integral index of the level of development of a circular economy. The author’s developments for assessing a circular economy in a number of mechanical engineering organizations are tested. Approaches for improving the development of a circular economy in mechanical engineering are proposed.
