Рынок труда Республики Беларусь: развитие в условиях современных вызовов

Abstract

Проанализированы тенденции развития рынка труда Республики Беларусь в современных условиях, обусловленных цифровизацией и глобализацией. Установлено, что рост числа вакансий не указывает на увеличение спроса. Выявлены проблемы, решение которых связано с созданием информационно-аналитической системы для этого рынка. Для обеспечения экономической безопасности необходимо акцентировать внимание на росте производительности труда, а не на уровне занятости. Предложены рекомендации по регулированию рынка труда Республики Беларусь в текущей и стратегической перспективе.

The article presents the results of the analysis of trends in the development of the labour market of the Republic of Belarus in the modern conditions of digitalisation and globalisation. The authors found that the growth in the number of vacancies does not allow conclusions to be drawn about the growth in the demand for labour. The authors also substantiate the existence of problems in measuring the main indicators of the Belarusian labour market, which are linked to the formation of information and analytical system of the labour market. It is concluded that it is necessary to shift the focus on the growth of labour productivity rather than on the employment rate. The authors suggest measures for the regulation of the labour market of the Republic of Belarus in the current and strategic perspective.
