О становлении азиатского вектора внешней политики Республики Беларусь

Abstract

Рассматриваются особенности становления азиатского вектора внешней политики Республики Беларусь. Внимание концентрируется на выявлении ключевых интересов Беларуси в сотрудничестве со странами юга и востока Азии, а именно: активизация налаживания связей обусловлена в первую очередь экономическим потенциалом — перспективами наращивания белорусского экспорта на чрезвычайно емкий и быстрорастущий рынок Азии. В исторической ретроспективе представлен процесс установления дипломатических отношений Республики Беларусь с Вьетнамом, Индией, Китаем, Кореей, Монголией и Японией. Отдельно выделяется значимость официальных визитов Президента Республики Беларусь в страны Азии как эффективного инструмента активизации полноформатного взаимодействия в торгово-экономической сфере. Наибольшая результативность внешнеэкономической деятельности Республики Беларусь зафиксирована в отношениях с Китаем, который стал полноценным плацдармом освоения всей Восточной Азии для Беларуси.

The article examines the peculiarities of the formation of the Asian vector of the foreign policy of the Republic of Belarus. Attention is focused on identifying the key interests of Belarus in its cooperation with the countries of the south and east of Asia; namely, the intensification of ties is primarily due to the economic potential — the prospects for increasing Belarusian exports to the extremely capacious and fast-growing Asian market. In historical retrospect, the process of establishing diplomatic relations between the Republic of Belarus and Vietnam, India, China, Korea, Mongolia, and Japan is presented. The importance of the official visits of the President of the Republic of Belarus to Asian countries as an effective tool for enhancing full-scale cooperation in the trade and economic spheres is highlighted. The greatest effectiveness of the foreign economic activity of the Republic of Belarus has been recorded in relations with China, which has become a full-fledged springboard for Belarus to explore the whole of East Asia.
