dc.description.abstractThe key problems of the modern functioning of the infrastructure for supporting the innovative development of the SME sector of the Republic of Belarus are identified, on the basis of which the need to transform the functions, factors and conditions of the legal and information infrastructure, specialized innovation centers and financial institutions is substantiated. Directions for the necessary structural changes have been developed and proposed.-
