Роль частного сектора экономики в научно-инновационном развитии Республики Беларусь

Abstract

Проанализированы показатели научно-инновационной деятельности в Республике Беларусь на современном этапе, в том числе для частного сектора экономики. Представлена укрупненная классификация факторов низкой вовлеченности частного сектора экономики в научно-инновационную деятельность Республики Беларусь. Разработаны рекомендации по их решению как на уровне государственного регулирования (управления), так и внутрихозяйственного управления частными компаниями. Изложены результаты апробации внедрения рекомендаций в деятельность научно-инжиниринговой организации ЗАО «Струнные технологии».

The article presents the results of the analysis of the indicators of research and innovation activity in the Republic of Belarus at the present stage, including in the context of the private sector of the economy. The authors present an enlarged classification of problematic factors that caused low involvement of the private sector in research and innovation activities, as well as develop recommendations for their solution both at the level of state regulation (management) and internal management of private companies. The results of the implementation of these recommendations on the example of the Belarusian private research and engineering company Unitsky String Technologies Inc. are presented.
