Экономический потенциал строительной организации: содержание и инструменты оценки

Abstract

Представлено авторское понятие термина «экономический потенциал строительной организации» с точки зрения уникальности такого сегмента экономики, как строительство, и учета его экономических особенностей при осуществлении деятельности подрядчиком. Разработана матрица принятия решений, позволяющая определить уровень экономического риска подрядчика в зависимости от условий финансирования и степени открытости информации о заказчике. Предложенные разработки позволяют прогнозировать возможные варианты управления экономическим состоянием подрядчика при участии в очередных закупках на строительно-монтажные работы.

The article presents the author’s concept of the term «economic potential of a construction organization» from the point of view of the uniqueness of such a segment of the economy as construction and taking into account its economic features in the implementation of activities by the contractor. A contractor decision matrix has been developed, with the help of which it is possible to determine the level of economic risk of the contractor, depending on the terms of financing and the degree of openness of information about the customer. The proposed developments allow to forecast possible variants of managing the economic condition of the contractor when participating in the next procurement for construction and installation work.
