В ходе исследования выявлена стабильная тенденция роста как показателей, характеризующих развитие цифровой экономики в Китае, так и соответствующего им прогрессу развития страны и определена их взаимозависимость. По результатам исследования предложено сформулировать новые стимулы роста цифровой экономики во благо социально-экономического развития Китая: неуклонное развитие рынка труда; развитие конкуренции; внедрение государственного контроля за цифровыми финансовыми операциями; обеспечение защиты данных потребителей; внедрение электронного правительства; продолжение опережающего развития цифровой инфраструктуры.; The article is aimed at clarifying the concept of «digital economy» and its development indicators in relation to China, at characterizing the state and determining the prospects for the development of digital economy in the country. The study reveals a stable upward trend of both the indicators characterizing the development of digital economy in China and the corresponding progress of the country’s development, and determines their interdependence. Based on the results of the study, it is proposed to formulate new incentives for the growth of the digital economy for the benefit of China’s socio-economic development: steady development of the labor market; development of competition; introduction of state control over digital financial transactions; ensuring consumer data protection; the implementation of e-government; continued rapid development of digital infrastructure. The article defines the main tasks and sets priorities for the state support of migrants, aimed at the improvement of the quality of life of the population, ensuring national security, protection of the labor market, maintenance of interethnic and inter-confessional peace and harmony in the Belarusian society, preservation of the historical and cultural heritage. Further directions of improving the legislation in this area have been formulated and substantiated. In order to intensify the scientific research in this area, it is proposed to single out a sub-branch of migration law as a complex institute of administrative legislation and to carry out its codification and systematization. Методика отличается комплексным подходом, учитывающим взаимодействие и взаимообусловленное влияние всех составляющих за счет использования трех блоков показателей, характеризующих как обеспеченность предприятия ресурсами, так и возможную результативность их применения, что соответствует современному представлению о сущности экономического потенциала субъекта хозяйствования.; Based on the results of generalization on the approaches to determining the essence of the economic potential of an enterprise and its quantitative assessment, a methodology is proposed that provides for the inclusion of the sub-potential of information and communication technologies in the composition of the structural components of the enterprise’s potential (along with labor, financial, technological and production potential). This allows taking into account the peculiarities of assessment of the resource capabilities of an enterprise in the context of its digital transformation. The methodology is characterized by an integrated approach that takes into account interaction and interdependence of all constituents through the use of three sets of indicators showing both availability of resources and possible effectiveness of their use which complies with the contemporary idea of the essence of the economic potential of an economic entity.
