Выявлены социальные риски, обусловленные цифровизацией социальной сферы.; The article studies the main characteristic features that determine the dialectics of the development of the social infrastructure of a village in modern conditions. Its comprehensive analysis is carried out from the standpoint of the availability of social facilities and the density of the rural population, and also information and communication equipment of the territories. The results of the research indicate the need for digital transformation of the social sphere of the village. The main directions of modernization of the social infrastructure of rural areas are determined from the perspective of the introduction of information and communication technologies. The social risks caused by digitalization of the social sphere are also revealed. Abstract: Оценивается состояние глобальных дисбалансов на современном этапе развития мировой экономики, динамики их накопления, факторов влияния и трансформации. Методологической базой исследования послужила совокупность положений теорий международной экономики. В качестве информационной основы использованы базы данных ЮНКТАД, МВФ, ОЭСР, МОМ. Системно показаны и охарактеризованы основные глобальные дисбалансы в современной мировой экономике. Рассмотрены факторы их трансформации в XXI в. Обоснована особая роль модели интернационализации экономики США при формировании и увеличении масштабов глобальных дисбалансов. Предложены направления развития для малой открытой экономики Республики Беларусь в условиях нарастания глобальных дисбалансов.; The article assesses the state of global imbalances in the current development of the world economy, the dynamics of their accumulation, and the factors of influence and transformation. A set of the theories in international economics has constituted the methodological basis of the study. The databases of UNCTAD, IMF, OECD, and IOM have been used as the informational sources. Main global imbalances in the modern world economy have been systematized and characterized. The article considers the factors of their transformation in the 21st century. The special part of the US economy and its internationalization model in the emerging and expansion of the global imbalances has been justified. The authors have recommended the ways of development for the Republic of Belarus as a small open economy in the face of increasing global imbalances.
