Abstract: The results of foreign trade are very important for the Belarusian economy. Russian Federation and European Union are the main commerce partners of our country. During last ten years the Belarusian trade with Russian Federation is characterized by the export stagnation. The reason is an insufficient growth of the economic potential of Belarus, due to the lack of foreign direct investments from Russia. On the other hand, the trade with European Union reflects an important increase of exports, which unfortunately are mostly formed by oil products. So Belarus is risking becoming a raw materials-producing appendage of the EU. This situation can only be managed by the Belarusian integration with European Union and the income of foreign investments, which will make possible the modernization of its economical structure.

The purpose of the work is definition of main principles of the insurance in foreign trade activities is based, a level of its development in the Republic of Belarus, and also revealing of the basic problems existing today in the market of insurance of the international market, and possible ways of their decision. As a result of the research the data which have allowed to draw conclusions concerning the further prospect of development of the given kind of insurance in the Republic of Belarus have been received. Besides the offers promoting development of the insurance in foreign trade activities in the country have been brought: carrying out of negotiations at the supreme state level, revision of legislative base of the republic, and also increase of a level of insurance culture of the population.

Abstract: Nowadays, practically everywhere, in order to promote goods and services one makes use of the Internet, however, according to the West point of view, Belarus lags behind in the sphere of the electronic commerce. Meanwhile, even in spite of a number of organizational problems, more than 500 Internet-shops function in by-net today. Thereupon taking into consideration the estimation of the condition of on- and off-line trade of Belarus, and also the analysis of the foreign practice of introduction of progressive forms of sales of products, the author has developed the conception of integration of the Internet trade to the scope of activity of the functioning commercial organization – close corporation «Centralnyi store». One can single out the following distinguishing features of the project: low cost of realization, minimal financial risks, long-range outlook calculations and, what is more, orientation towards consumers and only then profit earning.
